Four Peas Toddler Backpack Review & Give-Away!!! {Give-Away Ended}

Recently, I received a Rocker Toddler Backpack to review from Four Peas.  This style is perfect for my four-year old who will be entering pre-school in the Fall.  The backpack was a huge hit with him because he loves guitars and his favorite color is green, so the green accents just added to the appeal of this backpack for him.  The backpack is the perfect size for toddlers and is roomy enough to hold all the stuff they want to cart back and forth to pre-school, day camp, play-dates or even an overnight trip.  The bag has a large compartment and a smaller zippered front compartment for smaller items.  The easily adjustable straps make it a snap to get a snug and secure fit on your child.  The quality of this bag will stand up to most anything toddlers can dish out.  It is nice to find a toddler backpack that looks good and functions well.

Plasmacar Review!!!

My kids just love the Plasmacar and when they say that kids won’t want to get off to share, they are right.  When we had the chance to review a Plasmacar, I was thrilled.  We are very familiar with the Plasmacar and we purchased one about a year and a half ago.  We were sent a nice new shiny red Plasmacar for the review and my husband had it together very quickly as there is not much assembly involved at all.  I really love that these cars are powered by kids.  When they put their feet on the foot pads and turn the steering wheel they move and keep moving. The PlasmaCar harnesses the natural forces of inertia, centrifugal force and friction.   These cars can hold adults and kids and many adults, though they might not want to admit it are having fun on these.  They are very sturdy and durable and will hold up well for many years of play.

Miraclesuit Review!!!

Summer is here!!!  Time to get out the bathing suit.  This time of year strikes fear into most women.  It does not have to, Miraclesuit has got you covered.  Whatever your problem areas are, they have a suit that will help and will make you look 10 lbs. lighter in 10 minutes.  Recently, Miraclesuit sent me the Meridian Miraclesuit to try and review.  I picked the Meridian for a number of reason, first I am a swimmer, and I live on a lake.  I want a suit I can swim in and not worry that as I am jumping, diving and teaching 2 toddlers to swim that I am going to fall out of my suit.  This is an athletic suit but it looks sexy still.  One of the other reasons that drew me to pick this suit was the empire waist which is a mommy of 5 kids, best friend.  The tummy control really sold it for me and I just loved that it could do all this and not look like a matronly suit but something that will make me feel attractive.

I tried it on and I love it!!!  Seriously, I love it!!!  Wish I had it when we went on vacation in May but will definitely be using it this summer.  The tummy control is great and the suit is really flattering.  It has great support for the girls and it definitely makes me look at least 10 lbs lighter.  I think the way it makes me feel is great, instead of dreading swimsuit season I hope I can go swimming tomorrow.  If you have not tried a Miraclesuit, take my word, try one it will make you feel great.

Joy Mangano Huggable Hangers Review & Give-Away!!! {Give-Away Ended}

I was recently sent a set of Huggable Hangers to review.  These hangers were invented by Joy Mangano and they sport a rich velvety surface that comes in a multitude of colors.  The hangers are supposed to keep clothes in their place so they will not slip off.  Another claim of these hangers is that they take up less room and by using them you can double your closet space.  Huggable Hangers are available for purchase on HSN.

One thing I cannot stand are those little loops that are sewn in the shoulders of many of my blouses and shirts because they assist to fasten the garment to the hanger so it will not slip off.  I can’t take those things and now they are usually made of some stretchy elastic plastic that drives me even more nuts.  I end up tearing them out because they get caught in my necklaces or work their way out and then they fall off the hangers, so to say I was excited to find out if these would work is an understatement.  I put my silky shirts on them and I shook them and they stayed put.  I put tanks with spaghetti straps on them and they did not move, in fact every article of clothing stayed in place no matter how many times I pushed the hangers back and forth.  They shirts stayed in place taking them on and off that clothes pole and even a good shake did not make them fall off.    This was great news now I can take those stupid loops out of my shirts and still be able to hang my shirts up.

The other great thing is that they are so slim and they do take up much less space than conventional hangers and so you do indeed have more room to hang your clothes.  They also move quite nicely in the closet and they look nice and come in colors to suit anyone’s taste.  In the end I would highly recommend these hangers and I think if you try them you will be quite impressed.

I recently received a custom monogramed lunch bag from Miss Lucy’s Monograms to review.  I picked the black with white detail large insulated lunch bag and I had it monogrammed with my initials in purple.  I was assisted with any questions every step of the way and it was an easy ordering process.  When I received the bag I was quite impressed.  It is a good size lunch bag, like a personal cooler and I just love all the detail.  The adjustable shoulder strap makes it easy to throw over my shoulder when my hands are full with other things.  There are so many pockets to hold smaller things, there is a large front pocket with Velcro closure, a zippered large back pocket and two side pockets.  There is a nice utensil zippered pouch that is very unique and a great thing to have.  The insulated interior is easy to wipe clean on both the lunch bag and utensil pouch.  The opening of the lunch bag has dual zippers so it is easy to get in and out of .  This is also great to use as a small diaper bag that will keep bottles, sippy cups and snacks cool when you are on the go.  I highly recommend this insulated lunch bag and I am very interested in the other products on Miss Lucy’s Monograms Webpage.

Milo’s Kitchen Home-Style Dog Treats Review & Give-Away!!! {Give-Away Ended}

Recently, I received an assortment of home-style dog treats to review from Milo’s Kitchen.  This was great news to our four legged testers.  We put a lot of thought into what we feed our pets.  We want to feed them healthy food and treats.  I was thrilled to know that Milo’s Kitchen Home-Style Dog Treats are  100% real jerky, sausage slices and meatballs.

Upon opening the bag, you could smell the meaty aroma and my husband who was walking by almost stuck his hand in the bag because he thought it was his beef jerky.  When I told him it was the new dog treats, he was impressed, in fact it looked better than beef jerky made for humans.  The chicken meatballs were a great size for treats and both our big and small dogs loved them.  The chicken jerky and sausage treats are favorites too and you can just see by looking at them that they are real.

They literally could not get enough and were very upset when treat time was over.  It is really nice to feel good about the treats we are giving them.  We will definitely be keeping Milo’s Kitchen Home-Style Dog Treats in abundance in this kitchen.
