Dassant Baking Mix Assortment Review & Give-Away!!! {Give-Away Ended}

I was recently sent a selection of Dassant Baking Mixes to review.

I made the Vanilla Bean Cake and the Meyer Lemon Cake. They were very easy and quick to prepare.

They baked for about 40 minutes and then I let them cool. I made a Madagascar Vanilla Buttercream Frosting for the French Vanilla Cake. I made a fresh Lemon Vanilla Buttercream Frosting for the Meyer Lemon Cake.

Both cakes were great but I preferred the Meyer lemon which with the lemon frosting won hands down for me. Jimi and Ray and the little ones liked the vanilla and Michael agreed with me favoring the lemon. I think these are high quality, great tasting baking mixes and I can’t wait to bake the others.
