We have a Pixie Bobcat named Max. Max is the most affectionate and cuddly cat I have ever seen. He wants to be with us all the time and we will often have to claim our space back or Max will take over. Max is great with the little kids and they can do whatever with him and he just tolerates it. He is a great cat so when I had the opportunity to review a self scooping litter box for Max, I was ecstatic. I was asked to review the SmartScoop Self-Scooping Litter Box. It arrived and my husband put it all together and we tried it out to see how Max would like it. He loves it and so do we. Cleaning is a breeze and that makes everyone happy. SmartScoop is motion activated so once the cat leaves the litter box, an internal timer will count down for 15 minutes, allowing for the clumping process to take place. The waste unit will then move, raking the clump forward and into the waste tray. The waste unit will then return to its original position for the next time the cat uses the litter box. You will now spend less time scooping and more time with your cat.

I would want to win this because we have two cats. They take care of a lot of business outside in the summer, but this would be SO nice when they “go” inside 100% of the time! it can be hard to stay on top of it, and this sounds as if it would really help!

I would love to own this type of litter box because….well the litter boxes make me gag. My husband cleans the litter boxes but when he has to travel, I clean them. It takes a lot of planning for me to clean the litter: face mask, fan on high, door or window open. I look silly and hope the neighbors haven’t seen me. Thanks.

I would love this litter box because I have one indoor stinky cat and it’s like pulling teeth to get ANYone to empty her stinky poop (and that’s despite buying expensive cat food that claims it aids in digestion blah blah blah….”helps the poop not stink so bad!”) Yeah right…NOT!

My wonderful Siamese cat Sammy believes that he needs several litter boxes and has made me aware of this! Not fun for mommy! I have 2 regular litter boxes for 1 cat! I MUST put one in the basement as Sammy has “claimed” a corner down there and The SmartScoop would be PERFECT for there!
