Recently, I was given the opportunity to review Bakery On Main’s Truebars, which are fruit and nut based bars. \u00a0They come in 6 great flavors are a good source fiber and Omega 3, made with many low-GI ingredients, non-GMO, dairy and casein free, low sodium with no trans fats or cholesterol and certified gluten-free and Kosher Parve. \u00a0The best part is that they are delicious! \u00a0They are great to have for a quick wholesome, healthy snack when you are pressed for time but you still want to eat well. \u00a0Great for energy on a hike or mid-morning at the office to keep your body fueled.
