{"id":63,"date":"2010-06-06T05:07:40","date_gmt":"2010-06-06T05:07:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/carly67.wordpress.com\/?p=63"},"modified":"2015-06-27T15:16:48","modified_gmt":"2015-06-27T19:16:48","slug":"catching-up","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mommyramblings.org\/2010\/06\/06\/catching-up\/","title":{"rendered":"Catching Up!"},"content":{"rendered":"Wow, I cannot believe it has been so long since I have sat down to write.\u00a0 I have blogs being written in my head all the time but it is getting the time to get them on the computer that is the challenge.\u00a0 So I am happy to report that Sylvia and I are still walking fools and I have conquered much more than the track at the school.\u00a0\u00a0With Sylvia’s tenacity\u00a0\u00a0we have covered a lot of ground quite literally.\u00a0 We have upped are walks to more like hikes and I can tell you my endurance has improved so much.\u00a0 We walk around at least 4 miles up some very steep terrain.\u00a0 I feel so much better and I can feel my body becoming much more muscular and fit.\u00a0 I also so enjoy the time to talk with Sylvia and rediscover our friendship.\u00a0 I am so thankful to have her for a friend.\u00a0 I am going to try to keep up with my blog so stay tuned.<\/p>\n
