Today was finally a real spring day in New York. It felt so good to finally feel warm air and enjoy the songs from the many birds that have recently returned after their winter in the south. \u00a0The spring weather also makes me want to get out and walk, ride my bike and garden. \u00a0After a long cold winter I am so happy to start shedding the layers. \u00a0About 3 weeks ago, I started really stepping up my exercise routine. \u00a0I have been doing intense cardio and biking at least 3 days a week and will be adding kettlebell workouts on at least 2 more. \u00a0I have lost a few pounds but have a goal of losing 20 more by the end of May.<\/p>\n
