I have said it before and I will say it yet again, I am a germophobe!\u00a0 Things that really creep me out are community towels for drying hands in the kitchen or bathroom. \u00a0I will just keep my hands wet if all that is available in someone’s bathroom is a community towel. \u00a0Major yuck factor for me. \u00a0I know perhaps it is not a green thing to do using paper towels, but it is one thing I don’t compromise on. \u00a0However, with a paper towel roll on one of those vertical stands next to the kitchen sink, gross things can still happen. \u00a0It is easy for the towels to become wet from any splashing in the sink or even have the whole bottom get soaked creating a germy wet mess of towels. \u00a0The second thing is when your paper towels are exposed like that germy hands have a way of\u00a0touching\u00a0the whole roll as they try and tear off their sheet.<\/div>\n
