<\/a>Recently, I was sent a Storyland Yoga DVD <\/a>for review. \u00a0This award winning DVD is for kids ages 3-8 and is produced by Playful Planet. Instructor Ahmed Fahmy provides a great way for kids and parents to spend some healthy time together. \u00a0Children act out the stories through Yoga poses. \u00a0There are two 20 minute story sessions on the DVD. \u00a0Younger children may not be able to stay focused the entire 20 minutes but even if they are able to do 10 or 15 minutes it will be a benefit and they should be able to do more as they progress and get older. \u00a0The stories keep the kids interested and it is very calming and great to do to settle the little ones down and parents can do it with their kids for a special treat. \u00a0The poses are not overly complicated and little ones will be able to follow along easily. \u00a0My little ones are always wanting to do any exercise DVD along with me so this is great since it is something we can easily all do together.<\/p>\n
