Are you ready for some NCAA Football? We are! Every weekend you will find us watching and routing for Rutgers Scarlet Knights! Our oldest daughter is in graduate school there so they are “our team”. We love to watch especially as the weather gets colder with some great food that we can make in advance.
A big pot of chili with cheddar cheese, pizza, wings, chips and dip and nachos are staples for game days. Our house is the go to house and while we have five kids it seems we have many more since we have one of my son’s friends who lives with us (I do not say that jokingly, he lives here) and all of their other friends seem to as well since they are here all the time. It’s so true that we always have room for one more and it adds to our cheering section.
