The OBLO is both a tactile and mental toy. As children construct and deconstruct its parts, the OBLO develops motor skills and hand-eye coordination as well as engaging children’s curiousity. As they use both of their hands to manipulate the OBLO, it is also a great preparation for learning to write and draw.

OBLO is the award-winning 3D spherical puzzle that challenges and inspires kids of all ages. OBLO is also an engaging, didactic puzzle ideal for growing minds. It’s a colorful layer of spheres that creates a compelling 3D puzzle.

The initial discovery of its parts happens when the puzzle is taken apart. The challenge is putting the spherical elements back together.

I was so thrilled to be able to review OBLO.  I love puzzles and so does my whole family.  OBLO is so colorful and is so fun.  When my 5-year-old saw it, he happily declared it had to be his because it was green and that is his favorite color.  The object of OBLO is to put the pieces back in a spherical shape after it is taken apart.  It will really keep you working to figure out how to do it.  Fun for everyone!!!

About the Inventor:

Marko Pavlovic was born in 1981 in Zagreb, Croatia. Marko graduated from the University of Zagreb in the Faculty of Architecture, School of Design.

Marko graduated with highest marks as a product designer and is currently working as an industrial designer for a variety of industries. Marko sees the future full of exciting design challenges, par- ticularly in the realm of toys, furniture and interior design.
Marko’s OBLO design has been recognized by several international design juries, one of which honored him with the most prestigious IDEA Award from the Industrial Designers Society of America.
