Design Hype, Metro Cuff Bracelet Review and Giveaway!!!

It seems as parents one of the things we find ourselves talking about with other parents, is how to keep our kid’s toys organized.  The worst kinds of toys to keep neat and organized are those with many pieces and different sizes.  Legos are lots of fun for kids and a very creative toy but their pieces can be tiny and are easily lost under couches, furniture, or even fall victim to the vacuum. Storing them all in a large tub keeps them contained, but makes it hard to find the different size pieces, and the smallest pieces just seem to disappear.  I was recently asked to review the Box4Blox and I gladly accepted.  The Box4Blox consists of 4 stacking bins and a top.  Only the bottom green bin has a solid bottom, the other three are sifters with a grid on the bottom with different size openings.  The red has the smallest openings, followed by the blue and then yellow.  Using this system will allow you to place Legos in the top stacked bin and gently shake and tilt and the Legos will be sifted and sorted into like sizes.  Now, your child can easily know that the smallest pieces, the little headlights, steering wheels etc. will be in the bottom bin.  The Box4Blox is a great way to easily sort and store your child’s Legos.  Take it from this mom, if you are looking for a better way to store Legos, check out the Box4Blox.

Our Review:

I recently had the privilege to do a review for Laurent Doll.  They set me the white doll bunk bed to review.  They arrived nicely packed and well protected inside the box so nothing was damaged.  It was very easy to assemble and is a very sturdy piece of high quality doll furniture.  I was very impressed with the detail on these beds, the lovely cape cod style and they even have a little ladder for the girls to climb up to the top bunk.  These beds are nice and spacious with plenty of room for a doll slumber party.  Little girls will have so much fun playing with their dolls on this bed.  If you are looking for high quality products  for 18″ dolls, then take a look at Laurent Doll, you will find a large selection of furniture, furniture sets and beautiful linens to accessorize.

I recently connected with Mj and she let me pick a bracelet to review.  I chose the Purple Rain bracelet which is made of dyed Buffalo Turquoise, a custom guitar pick, and a white Czech crystal.  It arrived in a little velveteen pouch and looks even better in person.  It is such a great piece and since my husband is a guitarist, we are especially fond of it.  The purple for us gives it the Jimi vibe. I am so excited about this review.  The Boogie Board 8.5″ Writing Tablet is so cool.  My husband started playing with it as soon as we opened the shipping box and I had to take it away because I had not taken any pictures and he wanted to take it out of the box.  He kept telling me that the box says, “Try It” so he was trying it.  Anyway, when we did get it unboxed, I could not believe this little thing.  You can write on it with the included stainless steel stylus and then to erase you just push the erase button on the top and everything goes completely away.  Hang it up in the kitchen to leave messages, take one or two when you are on the go, eating out, waiting rooms and other boring places and let the kids use them to draw and write.  Keep them in the office, by the phone, absolutely anywhere.  They come in great colors and they are very addicting.  If you misplace the stylus you can write with any suitable instrument, even your finger will work.  The sealed 3V watch battery never needs replacing.  The Boogie Board is also a great way to go green because it saves paper.  This just might be one of the greatest things since sliced bread.  The Boogie Board also comes in a 8.5″ notebook tablet that fits in binders,  a 10.5 ” size and the Boogie Board Rip lets you save your drawing, notes, lists and save them as files, eliminating messy notebooks and lost papers.  How cool is that?  You need to check out the Boogie Board, it is a great way to write.

I recently had the opportunity to do a review for Lugz.  I let my husband choose a pair he liked, good wife that I am.  He picked the Classic Drifter in Wheat.  When they arrived he was very happy because he was afraid they were going to be too heavy, but they were not and they fit true to size and were very comfortable.  They are quality constructed of nubuck leather and are great for work, or casual wear. I recently had the opportunity to review the Sleepypod Luxury Pet Carrier.  I chose the blossom pink and I really love the color even more in person.  The carrier is very well constructed.  We have 3 dogs and a cat.  2 of our dogs are toy size and our cat of course fits in the carrier as well.  I would love to have had this carrier when we took our 2 little dogs with us to Florida last spring.  On that trip we had to bring two carriers and a pet bed not to mention all the gear for two toddlers.  With this carrier we could have had them sitting in the third row, in just the bottom half as a comfy pet bed.  It would have all our bases covered with one unit serving as both the carrier and pet bed.  Less stuff, more comfortable pups and safety, you really can’t want more.  The pet bed is so comfy and plush, Sassy just loved it and when I put the bed on the couch, she jumped in and soon put her head down and snuggled in.  What a pleasure it will be now to travel with the little puppies now, we just have to get another so they both have one, and we will be all set for our next venture.  I think it is great that you can use the bottom half at home as a pet bed that they get comfortable with and know is theirs.  Then when you do travel and animals get stressed during traveling because they are not really sure what is going on, they will at least have that piece of home with them.  If you are looking for a quality, versatile pet carrier that will pamper your pet, check out the Sleepypod.  Your four-legged family member will be very glad you did.
