Some great ways you can fit exercise in is to plan a hike, bike ride, swim time or long walk with your family.  Get it on the calendar at least 3 times a week and spend time together doing something that is good for everyone.  That is what I am doing this summer, my kids love bike riding, swimming and hiking and I am making sure we are taking the time to do those activities together.  My kids won’t let me forget thankfully and I love the time we spend together.  It is truly good for our body and minds.
