Recently, I was sent one of Chicken Soup for the Soul Publishing’s newest books from the Say Goodbye series.  I received Chicken Soup for the Soul: Say Goodbye to Stress and I was very happy because I think reducing our stress is so beneficial to good health.  I think most people can relate to being stressed and that they would be very open to ways to reduce the stress in their lives.  Author Dr. Jeff Brown a Harvard psychologist  is a champion of cognitive-behavioral psychology.  Everyone feels stressed out at some point in their lives.
