Simple Wishes Hands Free Pumping Bra Review and Giveaway!!!

One aspect about breastfeeding is having to use a breast pump to express milk for your baby, and all the trouble that goes with it. Pumping can be aggravating and awkward when you aren’t coordinated enough. There have been so many times that it was a struggle to pump, keeping myself covered, holding the bottles in place and trying not to spill anything! You can imagine how excited I was when I had the opportunity to review this Simple Wishes Hands Free Breastpump Bra! This is absolutely the greatest invention for breastfeeding and pumping mothers. Not only does this bra hold the bottle shields in place, but it also frees up your hands so you can multi-task while pumping, whether you want to read, work or just relax! I was impressed by the high quality materials and how well this product is made, the 83% cotton 17% spandex blend is so soft, snug, supportive and comfy. Just for the reviews sake, I wore this for hours straight and never found it uncomfortable, without the straps it got a little loose feeling and started to slip a little after a few hours, but nothing a little tightening of the back fastening couldn’t fix! Besides, if you are just using this for pumping, you won’t be wearing it that long.

There are several aspects to this bra, first you have the main bustier that has wide elastic along the top and bottom to give you a tight fit. The bra zips up the front, and comes with a second 2 inch zipper panel that you can zip onto it if additional space between the breasts is needed for the shield placement. Then there is the 10 inch, back Velcro panel which allows you to adjust the size around the ribcage. With this completely adjustable size system, you will find the perfect fit at any time. It was very easy to put the pumping shields in place with the four overlapping layers of fabric, they felt very tight and secure and didn’t lose their seal. It also comes with removable straps so you can wear it strapless, or for additional support, you can attach the straps in halter, tank or racerback style. This bra can be worn by itself, or over a nursing bra with the flaps pulled down, it’s ease of style allows you to slip it on without having to take off your bra or shirt, and allows a modest and discreet cover for the breasts.

Zooklz, Square Pillow Character Animals Review and Giveaway!!!

Girls that are fans of both The Wizard of Oz and Strawberry Shortcake are sure to love it! I enjoyed watching these movies with my nieces, they were colorful and cute stories. Both DVDs come with fun printable coloring pages!

Strawberry Shortcake asked us to share with you their Desserts for Mommy n’ me! This feature gives kids and their parents many fun and easy Strawberry Shortcake inspired recipes to try out! I checked out the recipes and picked out a couple that I thought the girls would enjoy, so we had a little Strawberry Shortcake party with movies and snacks! The girls helped me make these easy recipes, and they thought it was something to help make yummy berry desserts just like Strawberry Shortcake does! We tried the Berry S’mores and Blueberry Cobbler. They were super easy to make with the girls’ help, and everybody loved them!

Blackberry Cobbler

Blackberry cobbler is an cinch with this easy, delectable recipe! All you need is four cups of fresh blackberries, one tablespoon of lemon juice, one egg, one cup of sugar, one cup of flour, and six tablespoons of melted butter. Start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees. Next, place blackberries in a lightly greased square baking dish, and sprinkle with lemon juice. Stir together the egg, sugar, and flour, and sprinkle over fruit. Next, drizzle melted butter across the topping, and bake for 35 minutes, or until the cobbler is lightly browned and bubbly. Enjoy!

Berry S’Mores

This take on a classic summer treat is sure to please the kids without giving them an insane sugar high! All you need are graham crackers, softened cream cheese and sliced berries (adding in chocolate is optional as these are delicious without it). Just break the graham cracker in half, spread about a table spoon of cream cheese on one side, add some berries on top, and put the other half of the graham cracker on top. Now you have an easy, delicious, healthy s’more to enjoy!

Today is the Day!!! We were lucky to receive the Wocka Wocka Combo Pack of the Muppets several days ago for review and my kids and well, our whole family have watched it several times. It is a wonderful heartwarming movie for the whole family that takes you on an adventure of two very different brothers (one is a muppet) to reunite the Muppets and save their studio from destruction. It has all the elements my kids love, cute characters, lots of singing, adventure and a bad man (the one who wants to demolish Muppet Studios to drill for oil). It is a great movie about how if everyone helps each other and works as a team, things can get done even when it seems impossible. All the classic Muppets are back with stars like Jack Black, Jason Segel, and Amy Adams. My kids loved seeing the Muppets driving in the car driven by 80’s Robot to collect all the Muppets from their various locations and how Miss Piggy was almost replaced until she finally had a change of heart.
