    One suprising fact that I learned is that perfumes, scented soaps, and lotions can attract adult mosquitoes just like standing water does!

    I learned that mosquitos can breed in a small amount of water, as little as 1 inch!

    I was surprised to learn that mosquitoes prefer adults over children.

    I learned that: Bright colors have not been proven to attract adult mosquitoes, but strong smells like perfumes, scented soaps, and lotions do. Standing water sources and hot exhaled gases also attract mosquitoes.
