Recently, I was sent a 12.5″ Swiss Diamond® fry pan to review. We were really excited to try it out and we love it. As my husband says it is the best pan in the house and we have a lot of high quality cookware. We have cooked just about everything in it and are so impressed with how evenly it distributes the heat, how nothing sticks and how easy it is to clean. I learned that swiss diamond pots and pans have a metal core, it has a magnetic coating applied on the exterior of the aluminum body of its cookware. its coating and body are inseparable and buzzing sounds impossible.

I am really sold on the non-scratch/peel point. No matter how much I try to keep my non-sticks from scratching and peeling, they still do and I only use wooden utensils on them.
