Recently, I had the chance to review a product from Fat Brain Toys. I saw the Inchimals and decided on that. I have told you before, my husband and I are big math people, so Inchimals really appealed to both of us. This is just the greatest set that I have ever seen to teach pre-schoolers and beyond about measuring, addition, subtraction, counting, greater than or less than and other math concepts. This set includes 12 wooden blocks that range from 1 inch to 12 inches. Each block has a character, number, representative dots, and 1 inch markings. This set makes learning fun and easy to understand for little ones. A spiral bound dry erase book lets your child practice written math problems and puzzles. This set is perfect for home or classroom. Children will even be able to learn pre-algebra with this set and the wipe off book. I think this set is a wonderful teaching aid and will help children master these math concepts with lots of visual, manipulative and tactile examples.

I love Fat Brain toys, and was thinking about getting these too. They look like a great idea to teach and introduce young kids to math. thank you for your review!
What a fun way to introduce kids to math! You can assign a few pages each night to help with their math skills. I like the wipe off book, so it can be shared with different kids. Thanks for the review
